Blissfield's bowling team can now turn their attention to the post-season after completing regular season play last weekend with four Royals earning All-Lenawee County Athletic Association honors.

The LCAA bowling season concluded Saturday with a five-game singles tournament held at Lenawee Recreation Center.

Alex Kudlac finished second, Jon Cheney eighth, Matthew Anderson ninth and Cash Moore one spot outside the top 10. Cayden Swift, Preston Iffland and Collin Retter all finished inside the top 22.

Kudlac and Anderson wrapped up first team All-LCAA honors with Cheney earning second-team recognition and Retter making the honorable mention list.

"Throughout the day, the Royals' depth was on full display as multiple athletes challenged for the top spot on the leaderboard," Blissfield bowling coach John Harden said.

Earlier in the week, Blissfield capped the regular season by beating Onsted 23-7.

Anderson bowled a 247 and Preston Iffland a 217 to lead Blissfield.

In the JV match, Swift bowled a 231.

The bowling regionals will be Wednesday at JAX 60 lanes in Jackson.

Hanover-Horton is the host with Addison, Blissfield, Britton Deerfield, Clinton, East Jackson, Jackson Lumen Christi, Leslie, Manchester, Summerfield, Sand Creek, Stockbridge and Vandercook Lake competing.
